The Lepelaars family has been building quality homes in Central Hawke's Bay since the 1960s.
Our story
Harry Lepelaars came to Central Hawke's Bay in the 1960s and started building. His son Tony took over and turned it into something the region depends on. Now Tony's son Karl, a qualified carpenter, works alongside him on site.
That's three generations of one family, doing the same work in the same place. The name on your contract is the same name on the tools.
Tony is his own project manager. He doesn't hand your build off to someone else. You meet with him regularly throughout the process. No chasing updates, no wondering what's happening next. He keeps you in the loop because that's how he's always done it.
The team
A tight team with decades of combined experience. You'll know who's working on your home.

How we work
Every build follows a clear process. Tony walks you through it from the first conversation to the final handover.
We sit down with you and talk through what you're after. Your budget, your site, your wish list. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just an honest conversation about what's possible.
We work with you and your architect on the plans. We handle the building consent process with the council, so you don't have to chase paperwork.
Tony runs the build himself. Regular site meetings keep you informed. You'll know exactly where things are at, every step of the way.
We walk through the finished home with you. Everything gets checked. We don't hand over the keys until you're happy with the result.
Get in touch with Tony for a no-obligation chat about your project.
