Not every project is a new build. Sometimes the bones are good and the house just needs updating. We handle renovations of all sizes, from kitchen and bathroom overhauls to full structural alterations.

We treat renovation work with the same care as a new build. The existing structure gets properly assessed, the scope gets agreed in advance, and we keep you informed as the work progresses.

We work alongside architects on design-led projects that push beyond standard construction. Complex roof lines, cantilevered sections, large-span living areas, and detailed joinery work are all part of what we do.

Architectural builds need a builder who can read drawings properly, flag problems early, and bring the design to life without cutting corners. That's where our experience counts.

Yes. We prepare and lodge all building consent documentation with the Central Hawke's Bay District Council. We know what's required and how to get consents processed without unnecessary delays.
It depends on the size and complexity of the project. A standard new home build usually takes six to nine months from consent to handover. We set realistic timelines upfront and keep you updated throughout.
Yes. We're a member of the Certified Builders Association, which means your build comes with a 10-year residential building guarantee. It gives you peace of mind that the work is done right.
